How Can severe Heart Burn Be Treated?

I arrived home from the hospital and I had sever heart burn.idid not have any during my 6day stay in the hospital I had no heart burn while there.upon arrival home took ashort knap,i awoke with terrible heart burn.itook every thing I could to stop it,but nothing worked.i then purchased zantac 150.this was the first relief ihad but it did not relieve it completely.please advise me as towhat will end the heart burn?

it is hyper acidity and gastritis take tab omiprazol and polycrol gel.it has aggravated since you were on empty stomach. take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetable. can take cold sip of milk.
